1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 9p999 Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 9p999 Platform without the prior written consent of 9p999.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9p999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

9p999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 9p999 account at the time the claim arises.
